WELCOME

Welcome to Well Educated, where wellness education is shared through a regulated and relational lens. This means we support you to learn the lost secrets of nervous system regulation and the relational neurobiology of wellbeing. From here you can find out about the training, speaking, coaching and supervision that we offer. From a world where stress, burnout and overwhelm are preventing us from being well and doing well, we warmly welcome you into our world, where you will be supported to better understand your discomfort and distress and be gently guided along a path to health and wellbeing; from survive to thrive.

With over 30 years of experience working in education, health and social care, Well Educated Founder and Creative Director, Amelia Brunt is a qualified educator, supervisor and coach with lived experience of secondary traumatic stress, burnout and recovery. Throughout her career Amelia has worked, researched and studied to better understand overwhelm, stress, trauma, burnout and the nervous system. THE WELL AS A SOURCE OF WELLNESS

To be well we need to both understand the sources of our wellness and how to replenish these on a regular basis. The Well Maidens of ancient tales knew this. Their role was to look after the wells, keeping the water fresh and the people healthy. When this didn’t happen, the wells dried up and the people suffered. When we can’t tend to our own sources of wellness we too suffer. Well Educated takes this philosophy of wellness, working with source, in order to support sustainable and holistic wellbeing. Through regulated and relational integrative approaches we will empower you to enrich your own wellbeing and resilience from your own unique well source.
